Foods that are not good for your sex life.

Carbohydrate-rich processed foods.

Fried Foods With High Trans Fat Levels, like burgers.

Soy.

Foods with high levels of oxalic acid, such as green leafy vegetables.

Mint.

  1. Too bad for the last two. Green leafy vegetables are good for health (folate, magnesium, etc) and mint is refreshing.

    Can we just avoid them before sex or the effect last long?
